Steve Bergerson and Fredrikson & Byron,
P.A.
Fredrikson & Byron has called Minnesota home since it began
serving clients in 1948. Located in downtown Minneapolis, Fredrikson & Byron
is at the center of Minnesota's vibrant business community. Our firm
has grown along with the community, from three attorneys in a state
with a population of just under 3 million people, to 190 attorneys
in a state of nearly 5 million people today.
Attorneys in our Minneapolis office practice across all of our
service and industry areas including banking, corporate, employment,
healthcare, intellectual property, international, litigation, real
estate, securities, and tax. We serve a broad range of clients, including
multinational corporations, public companies, privately-held businesses,
entrepreneurs, government agencies, and family businesses. Our attorneys
also work with individuals on estate planning, family law, and immigration
matters.
Steve Bergerson co-chairs Fredrikson & Bryon’s Advertising,
Media and Entertainment Law Group. A former ad agency executive,
he is recognized as one of the nation’s leading advertising,
entertainment and intellectual property attorneys.

The
success of Martin|Williams and its clients have come from the power
of relationships. The idea is simply this: Great partnerships lead
to great work, and great work is what distances one brand from another.
With the arms of TripleInk, and Karwoski&Courage for multilingual
marketing, and public relations and promotions, a single great idea
can be taken and extended across multiple touch points. It's a philosophy
that has lead to bottom-line results for brands such as Cargill,
Coleman, Lincoln Financial Group, L.L.Bean, Marvin Windows,
Payless, Steelcase, Syngenta, and Victory Motorcycles. It has
also led to a longevity rarely seen in advertising agencies of nearly
60 years.

Fortune follows the brave. That's what our founder, Alfred Colle,
understood when he quit his steady paycheck during the height of
the Great Depression and opened what is now known as Colle+McVoy.
Now that's gutsy. And despite what a lot of people said at the time,
he wasn't insane. He simply had the confidence in his own abilities
as a salesman and the insatiable will to succeed.
That hot current of intelligent risk-taking continues to run through
Colle+McVoy today, defining our mission of insightful thinking, involved
teams and inspired ideas that give companies — and their brands — the
unique opportunity to create their future, rather than sit back and
wait for something good to happen. Courage, along with savvy and
style, is what moves people, moves product and moves mountains.
